- ACCEPTANCE: The Purchase Orders is accepted within Ten (10) days of your response. After Accepting Offer all terms and conditions are applied to the Order with a Letter, Quote or Invoice. Any different or Additional terms will vary according to acceptance of the proposal.
- DIFFERENT TERMS: As we provide Customized and Special Orders, therefore Different Terms and Conditions will be deemed according to it.
- DELIVERY: Time of Delivery will be according to Amount and Specialty of the Order. The Order will be delivered according to the time and schedule shared with the client.
- INSPECTION TESTS: We assure the quality of the products we are exporting to our clients and we give our buyers the option to satisfy their inspection before the payment is made. Buyers have the right to reject non-conforming Products or to revoke acceptance of goods.
- COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: We agree with every term and condition applied by Law and have the certificate of Compliance.
